The cost of renting desk space at Le Bureau is only £99.00 per week (£429.00 per month) for your first desk; and just £69.00 per week (£299.00 per month) for each subsequent desk. All prices plus VAT. All rates, bills, services and facilities are included - there are no joining fees, deposits or hidden extras - just a one-month minimum commitment.

As long as you stick to our generous fair use policy, the only cost you will pay in addition is the cost of telephone calls (charged at 1p/min to UK landlines and 1.5p/min to over 30 countries).

The cost of hiring desk space at Le Bureau can be an allowable business expense, so all tax and VAT can be reclaimed.

Natural light floods the office and each spacious oak mocha desk has its own designer lamp, ergonomic chair and custom-made pedestal for secure storage.

There is natural wooden and sisal flooring throughout, and air conditioning with an innovative scent diffusion system which circulates essential oils proven to maximise workplace productivity.

Le Bureau is equipped with five beautiful, sumptuous meeting and quiet rooms for up to six people which can be booked as often as you require.

Each room is fully air conditioned and equipped with CAT5 & WIFI access. The main meeting room has a full suite of AV / presentation equipment [– video and audio conferencing, PC and 42” plasma screen].

Located within Battersea Studios - a wider complex of offices and studios - members also have access to the on-site bar & café and atrium breakout areas complete with leather sofas, a pool table and foosball.

You will be given your own PIN for the integrated colour printer, photocopier, scanner and fax machine. Subject to our generous fair use policy, use of these facilities is included in the monthly cost.

You will also have access to free laminating, binding, shredding, CD duplicating. For important external meetings when you are keen to make a good impression, you can also have your company logo projected onto the plasma screen in our reception.

VoIPfone is a sophisticated and efficient Internet telephone system which allows you to make low cost calls via the internet.

A free account can be created directly with VoIP, which is as easy as setting up a Google or Hotmail account. Credit can be uploaded to your account using a debit or credit card and you can be making calls within five minutes. You can also programme your phone system with multiple lines and extensions.

Le Bureau’s Member Services Manager is on hand during normal business hours to help you make the most of our fantastic range of facilities.

Le Bureau is accessible to members via the high tech fingerprint access system. An infrared anti-tailgating device prevents any unauthorised entry - invited guests can be admitted by members only.

Each desk is equipped with a custom-made, lockable pedestal with an integrated laptop locker. CCTV covers the office plus a staffed reception and building security operate within Battersea Studios 24/7.

Our DVD film library is completely free for members and includes old & new classics and the latest releases which can be borrowed for up to seven nights.

Our bean-to-cup cappuccino machine serves up fresh coffee, espresso, latte, cappuccino at the push of a button - plus a selection of twelve organic teas.

A selection of daily newspapers and magazines are provided for members in the reception area.

Our fridge is always stocked with soft drinks, beer and wine.

We have dramatically reduced our use of eco-unfriendly disposable cups by providing each member with their own stylish Le Bureau mug.

Our well-appointed Tea Point is not the only place for members to chat - our online members' network facilitates unlimited networking opportunities.
