Each locally made oak mocha hot desk has its own designer lamp, ergonomic desk chair, state-of-the-art VOIP phone, and custom-designed pedestal with personalized digilocks for secure storage. Temp office oak flooring and full air-conditioning throughout complete the elegant and productive working environment.
Beautiful Meeting Rooms
Le Bureau provides you with eleven beautiful, sumptuous meeting rooms, quiet rooms, temp office, hot desking, office space and Skype Pods which can be booked as often as you require.
Our meeting rooms can accommodate up to 8 people. Each room is fully air conditioned and equipped with Cat5 and WiFi access. The two main meeting rooms have a full suite of AV/presentation equipment. (Video and audio conferencing, Mac/PC and large screen, dimmable lighting)
Our two purpose-designed Skype pods provide wall-mounted iMac screens, set up and ready to go, in a gorgeous and practical space.
Our four quiet rooms are elegant and cosy spaces that allow for private time or sensitive phone calls.
Free refreshments in spacious kitchen
Bean to cup cappucino machine, wide selection of organic teas, chilled filtered still or sparking water. Members fridges to store food and beverages. Microwaves and boiling water taps.
Parking & Transport
Enjoy free Visitor Parking on site. And free use of Secure Push-Bike Racks for Bicycles and Motorbikes for both visitors and Members.
Free Male/Female changing and showers make cycling, running (or skateboarding) a quick, cost effective and eco-friendly way to commute. And we are just a quick hop over Chelsea Bridge or a very short train ride from Waterloo or Victoria – trains every 5 minutes.
Located within fashionable Battersea Studios, Le Bureau office space London provides complete peace of mind with 24/7 manned security and CCTV.
Access requires a pre-authorised personalised photo-generating electronic key-fob. Invited guests can be admitted by members only.
Vehicular access is via a controlled entry barrier with anti-tailgating operation to prevent unauthorised entry. Each member’s desk comes equipped with a custom-made lockable pedestal with an integrated laptop locker.
Comfortable Private Offices
We have 8 beautifully furnished Private Offices providing accommodation for teams from 3-4 up to 10-12 who want a little more privacy, but with access to all the great Le Bureau facilities, service and atmosphere.
High Speed Network
Robust and secure. We provide you with high speed Fibre Internet Connection. For peace of mind this is fully backed up by ADSL in the event of line failure and UPS in the event of power outage.
Additionally we have WiFi and Cat5e throughout. Our desk phones operate on Business Grade VoIP Phone and Voicemail system. Calls from just 1ppm to UK landlines and 1.5ppm to 30 other countries.
Multi Function Facilities
You will be given your own PIN for the high speed integrated printers (black and white, and colour), photocopier, scanner and fax machine. Subject to our generous fair use policy, use of these facilities is included in the monthly cost.
You will also have access to free laminating, binding, shredding, CD duplicating. For important external meetings when you are keen to make a good impression, you can also have your company logo projected onto the plasma screen in our reception. We also provide a complimentary Selection of Stationery Items .
Utilities & Services
Service Charge, Business Rates, Electricity, Lighting, Heating and Cooling are all included. As is daily temp Office Cleaning London.
